The party decides to continue \u00a0through the woods and come across a clearing where all the trees have died. \u00a0The clearing has a big indentation that on investigation looks like something huge crashed or blasted the into the ground. There is broken down keep of some sort in the middle of the indentation. \u00a0The party goes in for a closer look. \u00a0Othello climes one of the broken down walls up to one of the existing towers. \u00a0He almost jumps into one of the windows till he realizes that \u00a0floors have completely decade so it is just a hollow cylinder. \u00a0In the meantime the others make their way around to the front of the structure and find a large metal door. \u00a0\u00a0Hammar is able to read the worn print that was engraved on the door as Blood Moon mining corp. \u00a0He remember that Blood Moon was famous for having found a metal that was once cast very hard if not impossible to melt back down. \u00a0It was also rumored to have great magical properties. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hammar with the help of Bone are able to push open the door. \u00a0On investigating the inner courtyard a trap door is found. \u00a0Othello investigates the the door and while trying to doing so sets off a trap paralyzing him in place. The rest of the party tries to open the door but fails. \u00a0Cloverdung even tries to chip out around the door but determined it is going to take way too long. Gubikla decides that he needs to rest so that he can study and prepare his knock spell. <\/span>
\nWhile everyone rest the effects ware off of Othello and he opens the trapdoor. \u00a0He decides to drop in and investigate while everyone else is resting. \u00a0He finds a passage way that head slightly downward. \u00a0He ventures forward and finds a metal grating that blocks the passageway. \u00a0As Othello tries to figure out a way past. \u00a0Cloverdung wakes up and notices that the trapdoor is open and hears Othello so he comes over to investigate. Cloverdung starts bending the bars on the grate to allow a path to crawl through. \u00a0This noise alerts Bone who was on watch and he come down and helps Cloverdung. \u00a0Meanwhile a bear wanders into the camp and as no one is on watch comes across Hammar and Gubikla sleeping. \u00a0Hammar wake up with a start and stumbles into the open trapdoor. \u00a0But not before the bear took a small bite. \u00a0Gubikla finally wakes up with a bear right next to him. \u00a0It is a good thing that Hammar fell down the hole as Gubikla unleashed a lightning bolt frying the bear and passing above the trapdoor. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
