Did Kavis get pulled into Cloverdung\u2019s quest for his parents fortune?<\/span><\/p>\n

As Gubkila finished of the cannon, Pete and Mightychondria walk in and Bone heads outside for a smoke. \u00a0Talin figures out how to take the oriculum plating off the door. \u00a0Mighty shifts through the armor and finds enough pieces to make a full suit of arms. \u00a0Othello investigates the serpent brazers and finds the word to to turn them on and off. \u00a0Pete investigates the rolling fire goons. \u00a0The party rolls up the carpets and find nothing of interest. \u00a0They push the throne a little. They even push the diace that the throne is sitting on and find nothing. \u00a0All is left is the dark sphere in the center of the ceiling. \u00a0\u00a0Othello goes back out and retrieve the rope and the grappling hook. \u00a0Talin make a few throws and determines that there is a hole in the middle. \u00a0He eventually manages to check it on what later is determined to be a room divider. <\/span><\/p>\n

The party scrambles up rope through the darkness into a cylinder room that is divided into thirds. \u00a0A dining area, and two personal quarters. \u00a0Othello sees a trunk past a six legged rug and heads over to it. \u00a0He sees three locks and finds one to be trapped. \u00a0He disarms that one and then goes to the first lock to unlock and fails. \u00a0So he goes to the second one and it seems to be a fake lock that only purpose was to cause a fire that burned up the content of the trunk. \u00a0Gubikla detect magic and only senses the fading magic from the trunk that Othello managed to destroy. \u00a0Pete investigates a mug on a table and is paralyzed for a short period. \u00a0But no one noticed. \u00a0Mighty finds and stuffed toy donkey in one of the bends. \u00a0Gubikla goes to the other living quarters and sinces something magic in the chair. \u00a0Othello starts heading that way but sees that there are some nice thieves tools on a workbench. \u00a0Hammar investigates the table and dining utensils. \u00a0Mighty looks at the china and finds nothing so he decides to push it down the hole. Tetranac looks up and sees a misty cloud that is covering a hole that leads to the next floor. \u00a0He throws a few things through it but it has no reaction. \u00a0He decides to levitate up through it and as soon as he touched it a large flash and Tetranac fell through hole to the first floor unconscious. \u00a0As he was carrying the rope up to the next floor there is no rope now to the first floor. \u00a0Mighty and Pete quickly strip the beds and make a rope out of the sheets and go down to help out the Drow. \u00a0\u00a0Hammar cast dispel magic on the magic rune that was blocking the way to the next floor. \u00a0Gubikla sends a spider familiar up the wall to check it out. \u00a0From being able to see the next floor he cast dimension door and is able to keep it open long enough for Mighty to go through as well. \u00a0He is able to use a rope to pull the other party members up. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On this floor the party sees at the northern part of the floor is a tree trunk that was made into a long table with a gong, a bell, and chimes. \u00a0On the east is a self with some scrolls and a fan. \u00a0The south is a truck and just to the west of that is a pentagram with black candles at the points. \u00a0To the West is a workbench with potions and glassware and ingredients. \u00a0Othello head straight to the trunk and as he gets closers the two locks start spinning and a pair of eyes open and start watching the Gnome. \u00a0Pete and Tetranac go over to inspect the pentagram. \u00a0Gubikla heads over to the workbench and starts collecting positions. \u00a0Mighty heads to the shelf and reaches for the fan and a flame appears and blast him back to the wall. \u00a0In the process he knocks over a stand with a sphere on it. \u00a0Othello manages to leap and grab the sphere before it hits the floor. \u00a0Hammar and Talin go up to the table and in the process of picking the instruments ring them. \u00a0This causes two Cockatrice, a pair of Basilisk, and something that look to be a combination of the two monsters, to appear. \u00a0Hammar is caught it one of the Basilisk gaze and starts turning to stone. \u00a0Talin squares off against one of the Cockatrice. \u00a0Mighty charges into battle and is caught in the gaze as well. \u00a0Tetranac starts to attack the monsters with his bow. \u00a0Othello shoot around the shelf and engages the Basilisk that is near Talin. \u00a0Gubikla turns around and cast Fireball. \u00a0Pete cast Dispel Magic on Hammar which counteracts him turning to stone. \u00a0Hammar cast Spiritual Weapon and attacks the Cockalisk. \u00a0The Cockatrice that Talin was fighting lays and egg and manages to attack Talin. \u00a0The Basilisk engages Talin as well. \u00a0Talin manages to finish off the Cockatrice and hit the Basilisk. \u00a0Othello kills the Basilisk near Talin. \u00a0Tetranac continues to attack the Cockalisk. \u00a0Gubikla attacks the Basilisk that rushed him. \u00a0Hammar is hit by the Cockalisk and feels poison course through his body and he is getting turned to stone again. \u00a0\u00a0Pete tries to cure Hammar again thinking that he could cure Mighty, but fails. \u00a0The party finishes off the beast and Talin crushes the egg. \u00a0Now with two party members turned to stone. \u00a0The party decides to head back to town.<\/span>
