The tree fort was completed with a choice of caretaker.\u00a0 Horn-Roth designated some men to hold the fort and keep the area safe.\u00a0 The rest of the company and our group headed off toward the next rest stop.\u00a0 The party with Vailrah and Varis taking the point to scout out for any issues or trouble along the way.\u00a0 The day passes without much of interest. On reaching the rest stop that looked similar to the previous one but without the hill.\u00a0 The group decides to scout around to see if they can confirm the area is safe. They head out north and fight some more beatle demons that fell from the sky.\u00a0 During the confusion of the battle a couple of the demon gems got away. Scouting round to find them the come across some tracks that appear to be made from giants.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The party head out tracking the footprints east to a wooded area.\u00a0 The party hears what sounds like three or four giants. The party hides around the trees while Luceaturn keeps a watch out and Joe uses a spell to throw his voice to make it sound like the giants were responding to each other.\u00a0 Making them think that they forgot stuff or loot back at their old camp. He eventually convinced one of them to go after loot left at their old camp. Once he did this he got another one to attack one knocking them out and then going to after the first.\u00a0 The first one charges out and sees the Paladin but does not care and heads on out west to toward their old camp. The second one comes out and seeing the Paladin goes after him. Joe and Bolof try to cover him and draw its attention by attacking him as well.\u00a0 Not long after the second one came out, the third one heads out. Varis and Vailrah take on this one. Battling the two giants and trading blows were going ok tell the lead came back and find his comrades gone and hears the battle with two of them. This leads to having to fight three of them.\u00a0 The party manages to kill two of them and drive off the other one. After they drive off the last giant they search the camp and find a crown and a few coins.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The party then heads south to find the road and makes there way back to the camp surprising the commando camp due to coming back to the camp from a different direction then the way they headed out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
