Adventure 33

Party Members:
Hammar – 6th Level Cleric
Cloverdung – 6th Level Ranger
Othello – 6th Level Thief
Gubikla – 6th Level Magic User

Hammar finally waske up from his long beauty sleep to assist the others in cleaning out the castle keep. Hammar leads the party through the archway into the music room. Othelleo and Cloverdung instantly begin playing instruments. Cloverdung rings the triangle which attracts a few monsters. Gubikla and Bone kill off a couple of shadows while Hammar and Cloverdung dispatch the spectre. During the battle, Othello is playing the lute and singing about the mighty Hammar.

Of course, in dispatching the monsters, Gubikla let loose a fireball which damaged the other instruments. After cleaining the goo off of themselves, Hammar decides to break through the lattice-work into the great hall. Hammar sees some reds eyes looking at him but ignores them. After Hammar enters the room, he is surrounded by several shadows, spectres, and an undead-demon-lich thing. The party is able to save Hammar, and all of the monsters are killed or turned. Othello starts searching the throne chairs in the room while Cloverdung goes back to a missed room and inspects it. The room Cloverdung finds is a dining room. Hammar starts looting the silverware out of the dining room while Bone and Othello collect some things fromt he throne chairs.

Cloverdung finds a back door and opens it. Squack! Sqak! Weee! Squeel! Suddenly, some crystal-made chickens and pigs come runnning into the great room. The chickens go for other party members while the pigs attack Cloverdung. Gubikla webs a few, Bone hacks one, Othello breaks out a sack so he can catch one, Cloverdung kills a pig, and Hammar watches. Finally, Gubikla is impatient and just splashes another fireball. PooF! Crystal chicken parts everywhere, except for the one Othello is trying to catch but is failing. After Cloverdung kills the last pig, he joins the others in watching Othello try to catch the last chicken. Swoosh! Othello catches the chicken in his sack. This is when Cloverdung takes his rope he made into a lasso and snatches the chicken sack out of Othello’s hands. The chicken is released and Othello does not take kindly to this so he shoots Cloverdung with his crossbow. Cloverdung says oww and heals himself. Othello is able to scoop the chicken back into his sack.

With the farm animals taken care of, Cloverdung inspects the backyard and takes a few crytal eggs from the coop. Bone and Othello make sure Hammar cleaned out the dining room. Othello then decides to check another door and he finds a couple of hallways and closed doors. Othello and Bone open one of the doors and finds a crystal person ready to attack them. While Bone and Othello kill the crystal servant, Hammar and Cloverdung open a different door and find a broom closet. Cloverdung takes the brooms. Bone and Othello loot the room they just cleared. Hammar and Cloverdung open another door and find a crystal creature that attacks Hammar and paralyses him. Cloverdung is able to kill off the creature. Gubikla decides to show up to help Hammar and Cloverdung, but he really only there to collect loot. Cloverdung heals Hammar and he feels better. Bone and Othello clean out the last room of monsters and then the party rests.
