Cloverdung arrives to the home of the giants in time to save the Otter people who were prisoners. Turns out they were a band. Hammar paid them sing him a song. Then he hired them to work at t he construction site of his temple.

So, with giants out of the way, and Cloverdung back with the boys, the group continues their mission to discover what happened to the city on the river. They arrive south of the town and notice there are a few buildings still standing. But, mostly the town is in ruins.

Othello flies his Griffon over the city to take a look around. He notices some movement in a couple of standing buildings. Bone & Cloverdung work to get a couple of boats across so everyone can get to the city. Suddenly, Othello is attacked by a couple of thugs. He quickly dispatches them while the others cross in the boats.

Gubikla begins to nuke a building. Bone and Cloverdung enter to clear out some other buildings. Othello, Hammar, and Gubikla attack thugs that begin to run away. One of the bandits is captured and he tells of booty being stored in one of the tombs out in the cemetery. The party goes to check it out. Cloverdung finds a cute girl watching him. Cloverdung approaches the girl and learns her parents were killed when the city was attacked. Cloverdung decides to let her go back to town.

Othello and Hammar investigate a tomb but find nothing. Cloverdung searches from r tracks in the area and finds footprints leading to the back of the tomb, from the outside. He finds a secret door so Othello finds a way to open it. Inside is the young girl Cloverdung let go. Turns out she is some kind of witch. Everyone joins in to kill her and steal her treasure.

The party does find out that there is a nearby waterfall were the city treasure was hidden. So, the group heads off to the waterfall.

Hammar wins the CoD award.
