Did Kavis become delirious because he is sober to long?

The party in Wyntbridge checked around and found the Centaurs are camped outside of town looking for a Dwarf named Kavis. The Otters have beaten off a small land schooner at Dillhole.  There is a rumor that there was a rebellion in Marshvale to the south east and another rumor that the King is coming up river to Wyntbridge but no one knows why.  The three well armed Dwarf miners were looking for a potion of treasure sense and are interested in the quarry.  The priest of the Dwarven shrine is interested in the quarry as well.

The party decides to track down the three Dwarfs and get a wagon and head out east after the last known direction they were seen.  Cloverdung tracks them heading out east and then circling back around to the back of the quarry where he sees a rope tied off and drops into the quarry right next to the cavern entrance. The party heads in and find that the side passageway has had a circular path cut through the debris of the collapsed cavern.  The party follows this path and find a room that has a teleportation chamber that requires a amulet to activate that no one has. After a couple of attempts to get it to work with only getting some electric shocks the party gives up and heads down to the old Orc throne room.  There they go through the large door behind the throne.  This heads down a hallway and several flights of stairs heading down.  It finally leads to a room with a with a cylinder hole in the floor with a rope and a basket.  The party lowered themselves down and find the room with a bell in the corner and a tapestry across the exit.  This lead down to a room that the party kill Hobgoblins the previous time they were here.  They head on past this room following the hallway past the murder hole slits to an intersection and turn south and come to another intersection just before some stairs.  This is was the path Othello was looking for the headed to the three fake doors but had the trapdoor in the middle the lead down.  But Cloverdung says there is a secret door and the dwarves went that way.  So Othello meets the party and he sneaks head and finds a air vent that he does not like but manages to get by it and heads down to where a liquid is dripping through the ceiling.  After Othello taste it he finds that it is just pure water and heads on past.  He finds a passageway off to the left and one to the right that look to be collapsed or just come to a rough point.  There is a larger passageway headed off south.  Cloverdung finds another secret door off the first passageway and calls for Othello to come back and open it.  Tetranac heads on passed Othello heading down the passageway once we determine that the secret door leads to another teleportation chamber.  This is where Tetranac and Talin run into a rumbling noise.   Tetranac finds a Umber Hulk break through the ground and starts pulling him back down the hole.  Talin confused by the Umber Hulks vision runs back the way he came.  The party heads towards the commotion.  Bone and Mightychondria heads down to engage the beast.  Gubikla cast a lighting bolt down the hallway after Tetranac manages to get free and has levitated to the ceiling and was dragging himself back to the party.   Cloverdung shoots down the side passageway as “Cover fire”.  Talin heads up that direction to see what’s going on.  Othello confused on where the threat is follows Talin down the curved passageway.  Bone and Mightychondria after being confused a little start attacking the Umber Hulk.  Talin rounds the bend and finds several pairs of eyes looking back at him.  He then turns and throws his hand axes and hits Othello with both of them.  Othello shoots back with a lightning bolt from his wand  and lets it bounce around the unseen room.  Bone manages to take down the Umber Hulk attacking them after it taking significant amount of damage indicating that was probably one of the bigger ones.  Othello shoots another lightning bolt this time not caring if it hit Talin and he wanted to make sure to hit the two coming at him.   Luckily this took out both of them.  Talin swings and hits the last one but Othello is left taking it out with a bolt after he got confused again.  After this battle and a previous encounter with a different Umber Hulk earlier the party decides to rest to recover their spells.

The party then heads back to the trapdoor and find a long circular passageway with ladder rungs in the wall on either side.  After Gubikla casts light on some light some remains the Umber Hulks left behind down the hole, the party sees that there is an iris that is closed at the bottom of the shaft.  Othello and Talin are climbing down and find the last rung is a switch that goes up and down.  Talin pulls his up and the iris opens up and a gust of air shoots up.  This manages to shoot Tetranac up as he was levitating down.  Tetranac manages to use his whip and latch it to a rung but the whip itself slips through his hands and manages to fall down to another iris farther down.  Othello manages to lose his grip and fall down as well but is able to activate his controlled falling device and floats down to the iris next to Tetranac.  Tetranac pushes the next switch down but nothing happens so he pulls it up and this time there is not a bust of air out but instead it sucks everyone down into a room that has a door at one end with six bolt locks holding it in place.  Othello and Talin figure the iris needs to be closed for us to be able to open the door so Othello pushes a button near the iris and the iris shuts and at the same time the air is sucked from the room.  This apparently was not expected by Mightychondria or Tetranac and they fall unconscious.  The rest of the party sees the first bolt slowly drops loose.  So the party waits holding their breaths for the rest of the bolts to free the door.  Once the final bolt comes free the door swings open leading to another chamber with a similar door.   Once the party drags Mightychondria and Tetranac into the room, close the door, and push the button near that door the air comes into this room allowing the party to move past this door to another door but this time it has a wheel lock.  This leads to a domed room with a blue sphere light at the top of the dome and a raised metal chair the center of the room with levers all around it.  The party finds dwarven letters next to the levers (B, F, O, D, G, L, D).  Talin climbs into the chair and Cloverdung tries to get him to pull the levers in the order of g-o-l-d claiming that was the most recently used levers.  Talin instead pulls the D lever as that was the letter seen carved into the hallways marking the dwarfs path down. This creates a bunch of noise and then a staircase gets created as part of the floor drops away in front of where Bone was standing.

COD = Talin for doing the most damage to the party.
