Cloverdung is mad at the centaurus for drinking all the beer at the T&A then asking if he wanted a ride.
Did Kavis go undercover at the T&A?
The party investigates the shrines, armoury, forge for any clues on what the artifacts were used for and why this dwarven kingdom vanished. They find that in the forge some of the tools were missing but there is a slight smug/residue left behind. There are piles of equipment that look kind of like the owners just vanished leaving a pile where it fell to the grown. Talin figures out how to get the bear to guard the area and not be hostile to the party. The party decides to pick up all of the equipment and teleport back to town. Where they can identify and split it up.
Once back in town the party splits up. Talin, Hammar, and Othello head to see Brombin the dwarven priest. The three negotiate the resurrection of Tetranac and gather information about the dwarven command center. They find that there are two other command centers still lost to time. Brombin was interested in how we knew we had found one of the command centers and he did not know Thorvin, Korvin, and Rolf the three dwarfs that disintegrated due to the beacon defences. He did mention that there was a prophecy surrounding the discovery of the command centers. He remembers something about a strange mist and the number 14. He was going to investigate the legend and get back to us. He also said if we could bring in one of these artifacts he could study it and maybe come up with some more information. Talin gives him one of the tapestries and what was left of Tetranac. He finds out there are seven tapestries in total. This means the temple has two of the seven and Talin has the third that the party has seen.
Bone and Gubikla head to the Rifflesby Norrit the Bailiff to get information of what was going on around town. He wondered were Bone had been and Bone told him he was scouting around making sure the area was save around Wyntbridge. Norrit tell Bone that the King is on his way up. That Dillhole managed to holded off a small Gnoll group in some land ship. They centaurs have been drinking up all the alcohol around town. The Bailiff claims that Bone the Sheriff needs to stay in town while he goes out and scouts around.
The party buys up a large amount of pearls so that Gubikla can identify all of the magical equipment that was brought back. This equipment was then was mostly divided between the members that were present. Tetranac went out to get a few more supplies and then the party headed back to the command center to retrieve the artifacts as Brombin claimed that a number of other people would love to get their hands on them. This was not limited to the Dwarves.
The party goes back to the command center and the shrines and are able to collect the items without activating any known traps or alarms. Othello searches the statues and the shrine room walls but does not find anything. The party heads back up to the lever room and determine how to close/open the stairs from below. They then go in the lever room and Talin starts pulling the diferent levers. They figure out the D activates the stairs. The G activates the glowing light in the room. The L releases a poison cloud into the room. Hammar was apparently not ready for this and collapsed in the room. Othello manages to activate one of his smoke rings so suck up some of the poison, before Talin pulls the lever again to shut off the poison release. After a little be of work and Tetranac healing Hammar, he manages to come around. Talin pulls the F lever and nothing seems to happen. Hammar communes with his god and claims the B lever is bad. Hammar ask about the O lever and does not get a feeling one way or the other so Talin pulls that lever and determine that it locks/resets the air chamber rooms that lead down to the command center.
The party heads back to town and give the priest, Brombin, one of the artifacts. The horn that appears that it can only be used by a Lawful Good person. Brombin says that the item is really powerful and will study it and see what he can find.
The party then teleports to Hammish’s wagon in Bridgeport. The thought would be to pick up the items that Pete and Hammar requested. Ask around Highvail to see if anything new occurred and then make there way to Deephold to investigate what has occurred there.
COD = Hammar for being the only one to get hurt and almost die by the dwarven poison trap.
