The party wakes for a night hinded my bear skins.  Othello goes over and unlocks the southern door.  It matches the northern door that has a metal grate in it.  The party can see that the hallway leading from the room goes about 30 feet then turns to the West.  Just as the party is getting ready to head south a Dwarf walks into the room from the North and say I thought I smelled another Dwarf down here.  The party is stunned as they turn around to see a Dwarf strayed into the room.  How did the party not sense the Dwarf before now?  They all agree that Hammar needs a bath if he is so bad they can’t smell another Dwarf approaching.  As it is a Dwarf and he does not seem to mind the others races in the party.  No one draws their weapons.  He introduces himself as Talin Firebeard.  But some call him Forehead due to the unfortunate incident with his clan when they when after a red dragon and his head got scorched.  The party is like, what the heck, another dwarf is always good to have around in a dwarven dungeon is good.

The party heads around the corner and comes to a hallway heading south.  Talin head down that way and sees a blue glowing light coming off another passageway his hallway ran into.  Pete really wants to continue following the hallway to the west.  Othello grudgingly agrees to shoot a lighted bolt down the hallway.  It goes down quite a ways and pierces a fantasy tapestry.  Intrigued the rest of the party heads that way leaving Talin.  As the party gets closer they see a Elven tapestry covering the pathway through the hallway. Othello and Hammar looks around it and see another heavier tapestry.  This one looks Dwarven.  At this point Talin heads over to the party frustrated that no one wanted to check out the blue glow.  Othello climbs this tapestry and finds it is held in place with brass rings on a bar that is mounted across the hallway.  Hammar hears voices from the other side.  He peers around the tapestry and sees a Minotaur heading towards us to investigate the noise the party has made.  He pulls the tapestry to the side revealing the party.  The party attacks and the Minotaur die surprised about the ambush.  The party hears the leader yell and the other Minotaurs come charging down the hallway.  Othello shoots a bolt that turns into three and all three are guided to the leader hitting with a triple shuthub but the leader is still up and is now a little mad.  As the Minotaurs attack the party one hits Othello with a good swing and sends Othello flying back down the hallway.  He just happened to grab the other bar with the tapestry and does an acrobatic flip to land at the back of the party.  The Minotaur leader uses a wand to cast fireball.  The party is toasty but survived.

Once the party kills off the Minotaur they investigate the room and find that what looked to be a retirement party.   Well he is really retired now.  Pete takes the cake after trying a peace. Othello find another smokeless fire rings around the campfire.  Pete takes a liking to a Minotaur large chair and starts dragging it back down the hall.  The party starts heading down the hall toward the intersection.  About halfway down a large rumbling starts and a Umber hulk erupts for the floor splitting the party.  Hammar, Gublika, and Mighty get fascinated by the Umber Hulk’s eyes.  They end up just standing around watching.  The rest of the party fight off and eventually kills the Umber Hulk.  The party determined that roughly dug passageway leads both north and south from where it erupted from the floor.  The party does a quick look and sees nothing and heads to the intersection and south to another intersection where a hallway leads east to the blue glow.
