The party heads off toward the citadel taking the two wagons down the main streets to the park entrance.  They run into another weird owl tenical bird creature and Othello takes it out in one shot.  As the approach the guard house Othello scotting head finds some urds keeping watch. He climbs the tower to take out any on the parapet.  The others are headed into the opening where the gate should have been. Upon arriving they can be heard saying in draconic “we are not expecting a wagon.  They are not urd’s sound the alarm. You sound the alarm.” Othello tells them he will sound the alarm and they yell back “how are you going to do it when the bell is down hear?”  About that time Talin reaches them and attacks. The others join in, while Othello clears the top of the right tower and starts working his way down. With the only really concern being, Talin tripping on the snow covered gate while Bone misses his swing and almost cuts off Talin’s head.  Oh and Tetrinac getting poisoned and falling into a snow drift.

Beyond the gate is stairway up snow covered hill to the Citadel.  Gubikla flies up the hill to another gate. Following behind is the party as they finish up most of the urd at the guard houses.  Talin and Hammar heading up the stairs get ambushed by some urd comandos hiding in the snow under some cloth covering. Shooting bolts at the party.  Talin and Hammar decided to head out into the snow to chase them down. This ended up being a bad idea as there were covered pits with poisonous spikes at the bottom of them.  They were able to reach a couple of them while Gubikla started picking them off after knocking the lock on the gate. With all the comotion the party forgot about the wagons and they head over the cliff into the lake below.

The door to the citadel opened into a short hallway with a door on either side then opened up into what was the throne room. The door on the right was locked but was easily pickable and opened into a ransacked office.  The lefts side was a office as well but looks to be just pillaged and not completely destroyed. Othello finds a hidden compartment in the large desk that contained a scroll, a ring, and a tiny horn. He also finds a secret door on the back wall.  Meanwhile Talin and Bone head up a staircase the left of the throne room where they kill off a group of urd trying to push a barrel of some type of liquid down the stairs on to them. Gubikla finds that the diace where the throne would be empty but traces the tracks of the throne around the room in a elegant battle where the throne was defending against several assailants and appears to have lost.  He also opens the door on the right to find a armoury.

Bone and Talin head up the and find a door that has been locked and bard.  But with a good push form Bone it fall right over. Finding the urd hiding behind desk and tables.  Bone pulls the door off the hinges throws it at the urds while Talin rushes and shoves the desk into the other urds cursing them.  They proceed to go from room to room doing this to the urds they find.

Othello finding the secret door calls Hammar in as he has freshly regained his movement after being poisoned.  He gets uncomfortably close to Othello as Othello tries to disarm the trap. Upon opening the door it burst out in black tentacles that Othello evades but Hammar get pulled into.  It take a little while to chop off the tentacles holding Hammar. Gubikla comes and helps after being called back. Once the tentacles have been cleared. They are ready to head into the revield area.
