Did Cloverdung fall to his death chancing the little dogies?
Did Kavis think the dogies were friendly?

Hammar receives a message from a member of our friendly adaving army.  They tell us that they made it to some pass that was destroyed so they are heading back to get the dwarfs.  They did confirm the presents of a dragon but then it gets cut off.

The party out of spells and fairly hurt decided it is a good idea to rest.  After some discussion the party heads back up the sewer tunnel and come out near the lingerie shop.  They head in to rest as they know that it has not been disturbed as of yet. They get a good full eight hour rest and head down the crevasse back into the sewers.  They follow the water flow with Othello again acting as a scout. He hears some buzzing sound and continues after writing a message on the wall for the party. A little bit further he sees a dog like creature but the have tentacles along the face and head.  He sees one on the ground heading straight toward him with two just behind the leader running along the walls and one along the ceiling. He shoots the one on the ground and retreats back to where the Drow was. He shot it with a bolt that was light up revealing the others.  Tentranc retreats back as well and then shoots at the appoching monsters. Talin and Bone advance to meet them. Hammar makes his way through the party from the back, while Gubikla cast a spell. After several rounds of combat and a fireball the party manages to kill of the one that advanced.  At one point Othello turned himself invisible to gain a sneak attack and Tetranac mistook him for an enemy and shot him with a magic missile. After the fight Othello tell the party that he thinks at least one retreated maybe to get reinforcements or warn those farther back.

After awhile of advancing down the sewer tunnel with Talin in the lead as Othello thinks that sneaking does not matter with these creatures.  But they did not have true sight as they did not attack Othello when he was invisible. The party does not run into any more but they do run in to a magical field.  Othello tries to tumble through it and gets slammed back. Hammar thinking that he can make it through because he is true neutral. But he gets pushed back as well. It shatters his holy mug in the process.  Gubikla cast passwall to bypass the barrier. This lead to a corner with another magical barrier heading east. But in the corner is a hatch with a ladder heading up and hole in the middle of the floor. This does not appear to be carved out with tools or claws but possibly some type of magic.  The group drops a coin with a light spell cast on it. It fall down a good distance but gets caught on a ledge. Gubikla then creates a rabbit from his hat. He studies it and the tosses it down the hole. Then scrys the bunny and sees it splat against the bottom but does not get to see anything else around.   Othello hear the same buzzing noise but multiplied by hundred coming from the hole. But the party can’t see anything in it. So they start discussing how to get the party down to the bottom safely.

COD = Tetranac for shooting the invisible creature that turns out to be Othello.
